Born and raised in Australia, Sam started his apprenticeship at age 15 with Secombe Engineering as a Fitter Machinist. In 2001, he came to Texas on a rodeo scholarship to attend Western Texas College, where he also earned a welding degree. While studying, he worked for Bill Price as a shop foreman for many years. In 2020, he decided to go out on his own and start his company, Southern Cross Partners, LLC — and here we are today.
Caleb grew up in the small West Texas town of Roby. He started learning the mechanic trade at the age of 17. He then decided to further his professional education at Texas State Technical College in Sweetwater. After getting certified, he joined Southern Cross Partners as the head diesel mechanic.
